Funding Round Details and Investors​

Burger Singh has secured ₹82 crore in a Series B funding round led by venture capital firm Artal Asia Pte Ltd, taking the company’s valuation to ₹520 crore.

The round also attracted participation from both new and existing investors, including Negen Undiscovered Value Fund and Aurum Rising India Fund, according to a company statement.

Expansion Strategy Focused on Franchise Growth​

The company said the newly raised capital will be deployed to strengthen its operational backbone and scale its franchise-driven business model.

Burger Singh plans to invest in improving systems, processes, and infrastructure to support what it describes as a franchise-first restaurant growth platform in India.

The funding will also be used to enhance key areas such as store design, training systems, operating manuals, supply chain integration, technology, and on-ground market support.

The company aims to make restaurant entrepreneurship in India more structured, scalable, and repeatable through these initiatives.

Financial Performance in FY25​

Burger Singh reported a revenue of ₹117 crore in FY25, reflecting its continued expansion in the quick-service restaurant segment.

Brand Growth and Market Presence​

Founded in 2014 in Gurugram, Burger Singh has expanded its footprint to over 200 outlets across more than 100 cities.

Its presence spans major urban centres including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, along with emerging markets such as Shillong, Jaipur, Dehradun, Jammu, Nagpur, Chandigarh, and Amritsar.

The latest funding round marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to scale its franchise network and strengthen its nationwide presence.
