Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Limited Receives SEBI Observation on Open Offer
Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Limited announced that it received an observation letter from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on March 23, 2026, regarding the Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) for an open offer. The DLOF was initially submitted to SEBI on December 19, 2025.The company will incorporate the final comments included in the SEBI observation letter into the Letter of Offer (LOF), which will be dispatched to eligible shareholders.
The open offer process will proceed upon receiving approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), at which point the company will complete the necessary compliance procedures.
