This observation letter required the Acquirers and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) to proceed with the Company.
Supreme Infrastructure India Limited stated that the Acquirers/PACs have made representations to SEBI seeking reconsideration of several observations, including the requirement and interest computation.
The company emphasized that it is not the acquirer under the open offer. It confirmed that the obligations related to the funding of escrow and the implementation of the open offer rest entirely with the Acquirers/PACs. These parties are currently managing the matter in consultation with the Manager to the Offer and SEBI.
According to the company's statement, the Acquirers/PACs are actively pursuing appropriate remedies and representations before SEBI, and the matter remains presently under regulatory consideration.
