Borosil Renewables Allots 12 Lakh Equity Shares Following Warrant Conversion
Borosil Renewables Limited has completed the allotment of equity shares, following the conversion of warrants previously allotted on a preferential basis. The company approved the issuance of 12,52,629 fully paid-up equity shares to warrant holders after receiving payment for the balance consideration.The decision was made by the Management Committee of the Board of Directors and formalized on July 30, 2026. This allotment pertains to warrants that were initially issued in a prior intimation. The original issuance involved 78,80,436 warrants, each convertible into one fully paid up equity share of Re. 1/- each.
Warrant holders who applied for conversion provided the balance 75% payment (Rs. 397.50/- per warrant), after having paid the subscription price of 25% (Rs. 132.50/- per warrant) at the time of allotment. Upon completion of the transaction, the company's paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 14,18,44,869. This amount is divided into 14,18,44,869 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each.
The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares. Details of the warrants opted for conversion and the resultant share allotment are provided in the annexed table:
