Bonlon Industries Limited Allots 22,00,000 Equity Shares Following Warrant Conversion​

Bonlon Industries Limited announced the allotment of 22,00,000 equity shares on March 30, 2026, consequent to the conversion of warrants. The decision followed a board meeting held on the same date.

The allotment pertains to 22,00,000 warrants initially issued at an issue price of Rs. 33 each. Shareholders received 22,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 33 each, including a premium of Rs. 23 each. The total amount received aggregates to Rs. 5,44,50,000.

The allotment of equity shares has increased the company's issued and paid-up capital to Rs. 16,38,33,580, consisting of 1,63,83,358 equity shares. These newly allotted shares rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.

Currently, 98,55,000 warrants remain outstanding for conversion.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM. Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director, signed off on the announcement.
