Bikaji Foods International Announces Trading Window Closure
Bikaji Foods International Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Prevention of Insider Trading Code.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company's audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, as well as any recommendation for a final dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
