Strategic Approvals and Operational Updates​

The Board meeting confirmed several significant corporate actions designed to expand the company's international footprint and motivate its workforce:

  • International Expansion: The company approved an investment of up to ₹ 15,00,00,000 in C.G. Bikaji Private Limited, a Joint Venture Company located in Nepal.
  • New Market Entry: Approval was also granted for the incorporation of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
  • Employee Incentives: The Board approved the grant of 1,00,000 stock options to eligible employees under the Bikaji Employees Stock Option Scheme 2021 -Scheme I.

In addition to these new approvals, the company provided updates on recent acquisitions and operational matters. Subsequently to the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company completed the acquisition of 14,800 Equity Shares (74% of the paid-up Equity Share Capital) of Jai Barbareek Dev Snacks Private Limited from existing shareholders for a cash consideration of INR 1.48 lakhs. This acquisition resulted in Jai Barbareek Dev Snacks Private Limited becoming a subsidiary effective from July 02, 2026.

The Board meeting also noted the limited review report issued by M/s M S K A & Associates LLP and M/s Ashok Shiv Gupta & Co. regarding the unaudited financial results for the quarter.
