Bharti Airtel Sets Record Date for Final Dividend Recommendation on Equity Shares​

Bharti Airtel Limited has established a record date for determining eligibility for the payment of a final dividend recommended by its Board of Directors for the financial year 2025-26. The company announced the details regarding the dividend structure, which is contingent upon member approval at its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Board had proposed a final dividend amounting to Rs. 24/- per fully paid-up equity share and Rs. 6/- per partly paid-up equity share. These dividends are based on the face value of Rs. 5/- each for both security types, with the partly paid-up share having been paid up by Rs. 1.25 per share.

The company has set Friday, July 24, 2026, as the record date to determine which members are eligible for receiving the final dividend on both fully and partly paid-up equity shares.
