Best Agrolife Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The move is in accordance with the company’s internal code of conduct designed to regulate and monitor trading, aligning with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the financial results declaration will be announced subsequently.
