BEML Ltd has announced that two of its Independent Directors have ceased their tenure on the company's Board of Directors. The change in the board composition is effective as of closing hours on 16.04.2026.The Independent Directors who ceased their roles are Shri Vikas Kakatkar and Shri Siva Makutam.
The cessation of their directorship was executed as per the terms outlined in the appointment order. This order, bearing letter No. 8(6)/2021-D (BEML), was dated 17.04.2025 and was issued by the Government of India.
