Bank of Baroda announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Friday, May 8, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Bank's Corporate Office in BKC, Mumbai.The board agenda includes key financial considerations for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026.
During the meeting, the board is scheduled to discuss and take decisions on the following matters:
