To determine the entitlement of members regarding the Final Dividend, Balkrishna Industries Ltd. has fixed Friday, July 17, 2026, as the Record Date.
If the Board of Directors' recommendation for the final dividend is approved during the AGM, the payment will be made on or after July 29, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source and within the stipulated time.
