After deducting total tax expenses of 233.43 Lakhs, the consolidated profit for the period was 473.40 Lakhs. The basic Earnings per equity share in the consolidated view was 0.11.

Operational and Business Updates​

The company noted ongoing arbitration proceedings concerning three customers, which relate to recovery of outstanding balances along with interest or losses suffered. As of June 30, 2026, the total outstanding balance from these customers stands at INR 8,595.50 lakhs (Net of provision). The management indicated that based on legal evaluations, no further adjustments were considered necessary in the unaudited standalone or consolidated financial results at this time.

During the reporting quarter, Bajel Projects acquired a 26% equity stake amounting to Rs. 7.03 lakhs in Anant Grid Projects One Pvt. Ltd., which has been classified as an investment in an associate and is carried at cost. The unaudited results also reflect the company's share of loss from this associate, totaling Rs. 2.84 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
