Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL):
The financing business saw a significant increase in profitability. BFL’s consolidated profit after tax increased by 28%, reaching 6,081 crore, up from 4,765 crore in FY26. The company's Assets Under Management (AUM) as of June 30, 2026, stood at 546,944 crore, an increase from 441.450 crore reported on June 30, 2025. Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) were 0.96%, while the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CRAR), including Tier-II capital, was 20.90%.

Bajaj General Insurance Limited:
For the general insurance segment, gross written premium increased by 11% to 5,789 crore in FY27, compared to 5,202 crore in FY26. The Profit After Tax for the company stood at 478 crore in Q1FY27, against 660 crore in FY26. The Combined Ratio was reported at 104.7% for the quarter.

Bajaj Life Insurance Limited:
