
Bajaj Auto Subsidiary BACL Secures INR 500 Crore via Non-Convertible Debenture Issue
Bajaj Auto Credit Limited (BACL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited, has completed the allotment of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to INR 500,19,55,000. The issuance was carried out through a Private Placement mechanism.The decision regarding the debenture allotment was made by BACL's Board of Directors and Debentures Issuance and Allotment Committee during a meeting held on June 19, 2026.
In this transaction, BACL allotted 50,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). Each debenture carried a face value of INR 1,00,000, contributing to the total issue size of INR 500,19,55,000.
The Non-Convertible Debentures were successfully listed on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on June 23, 2026.
