The company reported a consolidated total revenue of Rs. 49.70 crore and a profit of Rs. 17.39 crore in 1Q FY 2026-27. This marks a change from the figures recorded in 4Q FY 2025-26, where the company reported a revenue of Rs. 61.81 crore and a loss of Rs. (6.88) crore.

Financial Services​

In the Financial services segment, Avonmore achieved a total revenue of Rs. 17.57 crore with a profit of Rs. 8.81 crore during 1Q FY 2026-27. This compares favorably against 4Q FY 2025-26, where the company recorded revenue of Rs. 8.55 crore and a loss of Rs. (13.81) crore.

On a year-on-year basis, the segment generated total revenue of Rs. 17.57 crore with a profit of Rs. 8.81 crore, up from Q1 FY 2025-26 figures of Rs. 10.64 crore in revenue and Rs. 0.48 crore in profit.

Green Fuel Business​

The company is involved in the production of green biofuel and distillery operations through Premier Green Innovations Private Limited (PGIPL), in which Avonmore holds a 40.99% equity stake. The holding company also maintains an 8.88% equity stake in PGIPL.

During 1Q FY 2026-27, PGIPL recorded total revenue of Rs. 179.33 crore and registered a profit of Rs. 11.41 crore. This compares to the Q4 FY 2025-26 results, which stood at Rs. 179.35 crore in revenue and Rs. 12.15 crore in profit.

Year-on-year, PGIPL achieved total revenue of Rs. 179.33 crore and a profit of Rs. 11.41 crore in 1Q FY 2026-27, down from the Q1 FY 2025-26 performance of Rs. 192.25 crore in revenue and Rs. 10.55 crore in profit.

Odisha Plant Status:
PGIPL’s Odisha Plant project has completed all planned construction, installation, and commissioning activities and is fully ready for commercial operations and production. However, the company has not yet commenced full-scale commercial production as the procurement agreement with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) remains awaited; this procurement will be finalized through a tendering process that has yet to be floated by OMCs.

Infrastructure Advisory Business​

The Infrastructure Advisory Business generated total revenue of Rs. 28.53 crore with a profit of Rs. 2.49 crore in 1Q FY 2026-27. This is compared to Q4 FY 2025-26 results, which were Rs. 51.39 crore in revenue and Rs. 2.31 crore in profit. The decline in revenue from 4Q FY 2025-26 was attributed primarily to a year-end effect in March 2026 typical of the infrastructure advisory industry.

On a quarterly, year-on-year basis, the business achieved total revenue of Rs. 28.53 crore and a profit of Rs. 2.49 crore, up from Q1 FY 2025-26 figures of Rs. 22.43 crore in revenue and Rs. 1.88 crore in profit. The company has won new business totaling Rs. 97.32 crore during the current financial year and expects a growth trend of 20-22% or more compared to the previous financial year for both revenue and profitability.

NBFC Activities​

In the NBFC segment, Avonmore recorded total revenue of Rs. 3.42 crore with a profit of Rs. 1.72 crore in 1Q FY 2026-27. This is compared to Q4 FY 2025-26 figures of Rs. 1.85 crore in revenue and a loss of Rs. (0.12) crore.

Year-on-year, the NBFC segment saw total revenue reach Rs. 3.42 crore and achieve a profit of Rs. 1.72 crore, compared to Q1 FY 2025-26 results of Rs. 3.25 crore in revenue and Rs. 1.67 crore in profit.
