Consolidated Financial Results and Segment Analysis​

Company Notes on Operations​

The financial statements are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The company operates within a single primary business segment in its standalone results: "Trading in Commodities, Bullions, Gold Jewellery, Diamonds, Derivatives, Shares and Securities."

Regarding consolidation, it is noted that the Parent company increased its ownership interest in IGR Ausom LLP from 50% to 100% effective January 1, 2026. Consequently, the financial results of IGR Ausom LLP for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, have been consolidated with the Group's results on a by-line basis according to Ind AS 110.
