The transaction was executed under a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA), ensuring the continuity of operations within the group structure.The company confirmed that all terms of the BTA are complete. Under the agreement, the business—which involves domestic branded generic pharmaceutical formulations—is being transferred to Auropharm Limited. This transfer occurred on a slump sale basis and was structured as a going concern acquisition by the subsidiary.
The transition is now complete, with the management of the domestic branded generic pharmaceutical formulations products officially undertaken by Auropharm Limited effective from July 1, 2026.
