AU Small Finance Bank Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, alongside several significant changes in its leadership structure. Leadership Appointments and Personnel Updates​

A key outcome of the Board meeting was the elevation of Mr. Yogesh Jain to Deputy CEO of the Bank, effective July 25, 2026. Prior to this promotion, Mr. Jain served as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The appointment is intended to strengthen the Bank's leadership structure and management bandwidth. Mr. Jain will continue reporting to the MD & CEO and remains categorized as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Bank.

  • Mr. Yogesh Soni has been categorized as SMP effective July 25, 2026.
  • Mr. Bhaskar Karkera, Mr. Vaman Ramesh Kamat, Mr. Vivek Rathi, Mr. Dhavan Natvarlal Shah, and Mr. Ankur Tripathi were re-categorized from SMP to non-SMP, effective July 25, 2026.
  • Mr. Deepak Jain is scheduled for re-categorization from SMP to non-SMP, set to take effect on September 1, 2026, upon the completion of his term as Chief Risk Officer.

The Bank reported strong income figures for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total Income stood at 5,99,195.79 lakh. Operating Profit before Provisions and Contingencies was recorded at 1,43,547.43 lakh. The Net Profit for the period was 79,595.29 lakh.
