  • Debt Instruments: The resolution allows for the issuance of debt instruments, including Bonds and Non-Convertible Debentures, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 6,000 Crore, in one or more tranches, subject to shareholder approval. Up to Rs. 2,500 Crore of this amount may be raised through Tier II bonds.
