The company's consolidated revenue increased by 48.0% year-on-year, while profit after tax rose 50.4%, reflecting expanded manufacturing capacity and improved operating leverage.

The results provided illustrate a robust performance against the previous period. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹ 466.3 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹ 315.1 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA for the quarter reached ₹ 77.1 crore, marking a 58.1% increase compared to the previous year. The profit after tax stood at ₹ 46.8 crore, demonstrating a strong performance trajectory.

Atlanta Electricals maintains a significant manufacturing footprint, operating five specialized facilities. The combined installed capacity across these units stands at 63,060 MVA. These units produce diverse products including power transformers ranging from 5 MVA/11 kV up to 500 MVA/765 kV, as well as auto, furnace, generator, and inverter duty transformers.

A key strategic move reported is the acquisition of Atlanta Trafo Limited, a 100% subsidiary. This acquisition aims to complement the existing portfolio and provide capabilities for manufacturing larger ratings up to 765/1,200 kV Transformers & Reactors. The facility represents an available capacity of 15,780 MVA.
