Astonea Labs Ltd has completed the sale of its immovable properties located in Gurugram, Haryana. The company executed and registered the Sale Deed on July 17, 2026, for commercial units situated within a prominent IT park.

The transaction involves two commercial units, identified as FF-508 and FF-509. Both units are located on the 5th Floor of the multistorey IT Park known as JMD Megapolis, situated at Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram. The properties are positioned within the revenue estate of Village Tikri, Sub-Tehsil Badshahpur, District Gurugram.

The properties were sold to a joint purchasing group consisting of Mr. Suresh Kumar Satija and Mrs. Santosh Satija. Each unit measures 1,361 sq. ft. and includes all associated rights, easements, privileges, and appurtenances.
