Under the terms of the arrangement, the Bio Pharma Undertaking is being transferred to Ennature Bio Pharma Limited (Resulting Company 1), while the Spirits and Biofuel Undertaking will be transferred to IGL Spirits Limited (Resulting Company 2).
The restructuring was executed in accordance with the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The company has stated that a copy of the official order will be made available once it is uploaded to the NCLT website.
