Aster DM Multispecialty Hospital Allots CCPS in Private Placement, Confirms Above 75% Ownership Stake
Aster DM Healthcare Limited has announced the allotment of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) by its subsidiary, Aster DM Multispecialty Hospital Private Limited (ADMPL). The allotment was executed through a private placement on June 16, 2026.The Board of Directors of ADMPL completed the issuance of two series of CCPS to identified investors. The shares were allotted on a preferential basis for consideration, based on terms approved by the shareholders of ADMPL.

Aster DM Healthcare Limited affirmed that its shareholding in ADMPL will remain above 75% of the total share capital once all allotted Series A and Series B CCPS are converted, coupled with the forthcoming Additional Investment.
