IBL Finance Limited Allots Non-Convertible Debentures Worth Rs 30 Lakh in Private Placement​

IBL Finance Limited, formerly known as IBL Finance Private Limited, announced the allotment of Unlisted, Senior, Secured, Unrated, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through a private placement. The finance committee approved the allotment on June 10, 2026, following previous approvals from the Board of Directors and shareholders' general meeting.

The company allotted a total of 30 Non-Convertible Debentures to identified eligible investors. These NCDs have a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, and were issued at an issue price of Rs 1,00,000 per debenture. Security and Financial Terms​

The NCDs were issued with a fixed coupon rate of 13.00% Per Annum, with payments scheduled monthly. The repayment of principal is due on the maturity date.

Regarding security, the debentures are secured by a charge over receivables or Book Debts of the company. This charging provides a minimum security coverage equivalent to 1.05 times the loan amount.

The instrument carries specific clauses concerning default. In the event of a delay in payment of the Coupon or redemption of the principal amount for more than three months from the due date, an additional interest of at least 1% per annum above and beyond the Coupon Rate must be paid by the Company for the defaulting period until both the defaulted amount and the delay penalty are settled.

Today, IBL Finance Limited shares settled flat to close at ₹57.5 after trading in the market. The stock accounted for a volume of 2,000 shares, remaining within its intraday range of ₹57.5 to ₹57.5.
