ASM Technologies Ltd. to Invest INR 79.57 Crores in Asmaitha Wireless Technologies
ASM Technologies Ltd. announced on March 19, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved a proposed investment of INR 79.57 crores in Asmaitha Wireless Technologies Private Ltd.The acquisition of Asmaitha Wireless will strengthen ASM Technologies' capabilities in engineering design-led manufacturing, particularly in embedded, firmware, and wireless domains. Asmaitha Wireless, incorporated in India on April 29, 2010, recorded a turnover of INR 3.67 crores in fiscal year 2024-25. The company provides engineering and manufacturing services and supports telecom operators and OEMs. Asmaitha has also developed customer premises and network infrastructure equipment, IoT modules, and medical wearable devices.
ASM Technologies will acquire 51% of Asmaitha Wireless. The conditions under the term sheets are expected to be completed, and the Share Purchase Agreement is expected to be executed within 90 days, with the overall investment and acquisition slated for completion over the next five years. The consideration for the acquisition is cash.
