The company reported significant growth in revenue and profitability for both the quarter and the full fiscal year.In the fourth quarter (Q4 FY26), consolidated revenue grew by +35.3%, reaching ₹1,154 Crore. Overall Net Revenue saw a substantial increase of +30.0%. EBITDA reached ₹140 Crore, marking a 31.1% year-on-year (YoY) jump. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 24.2% YoY to ₹72 Crore, and Earnings Per Share (EPS) rose to ₹3.63.
For the full fiscal year (FY26), consolidated revenue expanded by +16.2%, hitting ₹4,196 Crore. Net Revenue grew overall by +20.1%. EBITDA was ₹551 Crore, showing a 24.1% YoY increase. PAT reached ₹297 Crore, and EPS stood at ₹15.08, reflecting robust annual performance.

Operational Growth Drivers
ASK Automotive highlighted key segmental growth in Q4 FY26. The Advanced Braking Systems business vertical revenue grew by +32%, Aluminium Light Weighting Precision Solutions revenue grew by +47%, and Safety Control Cables revenue grew by +26% on a year-on-year basis. Revenue from exports for the quarter stood at ₹41 Crore, up from ₹39 Crore last year.For the full fiscal year FY26, the Advanced Braking Systems segment grew by +17%, Aluminium Light Weighting Precision Solutions grew by +30%, and Safety Control Cables grew by +14% YoY. Export revenue for the full year was ₹141 Crore, compared to ₹147 Crore last year.
Management attributed the margin improvement to better economies of scale resulting from higher volumes, increased capacity utilization at the Karoli and new Bangalore facilities, and a strategic reduction in the low value-added Wheel Assembly business.

Mr. Kuldip Singh Rathee, Chairman and Managing Director, stated that the company demonstrated a strong performance in both revenue and profitability during the fourth quarter and full year. He noted that the company continues to outperform the two-wheeler industry vehicle production growth in both Q4 FY26 and the full year FY26.Regarding the financial outcomes, he elaborated that the strong growth in profitability was supported by the continuous focus on expanding value-added businesses and improving utilization of production capacities.
Operationally, the company’s mega manufacturing facility at Karoli is ramping up rapidly, and the new Bangalore facility is approaching optimal utilization. Furthermore, the second captive solar plant in Rajasthan is expected to become operational in Q2 FY27, reinforcing the company's commitment to sustainable renewable energy.
