Ashiana Housing Limited Postpones EGM and Sets Record Date
Ashiana Housing Limited announced a postponement of its 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for FY 2026-27, initially scheduled for April 17, 2026. The meeting will now be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).The company has set April 15, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at the EGM. Shareholders registered as of the close of business hours on that date will be entitled to vote remotely or at the EGM. The EGM notice has been distributed electronically and is available on the company's website, www.ashianahousing.com.
Appointment and Remuneration
The EGM agenda includes a special resolution to appoint Mr. Vikas Choudhury (DIN: 00267030) as an Independent Director for a term of three years and to approve remuneration of Rupees 8 lakhs per annum. The Board of Directors is authorized to determine the payment method and amount for Mr. Choudhury’s remuneration each financial year.
