Ashiana Housing Limited has released an update on its operational performance for June 2026 and the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The company recorded key metrics regarding booked area and value, alongside several important updates concerning unit bookings, product launches, land acquisition, and project timelines.

Among the operational highlights for Q1 FY'27, Ashiana Housing recorded bookings for 234 units. The company also successfully launched 140 units each in OMA Phase 1 and OMA Phase 2 during the quarter.

A major strategic development announced by the company is the acquisition of a piece of land measuring 28.55 acres at Vadgaon, Taluka - Maval, District - Pune -412106, Maharashtra. This outright purchase constitutes the largest land deal ever executed by the company for developing a Senior Living project. The acquired plot has an approximate saleable area of 20 lakhs sq. ft., with a potential sales value estimated at INR 1,800 crores.

Furthermore, Ashiana Housing commenced the handover process for Phase-1 of 'Ashiana Nitara' in Jaipur during Q1 FY'27. The company also revised the delivery timelines for Amarah Phase 1 and Anmol Phase 3, moving them from Q1 FY'27 to Q2 FY'27.

Today, shares of Ashiana Housing Limited shed ₹1.45, settling at ₹396.05 after closing in the red. Despite the decline, the stock had previously reached a day high of ₹406, hitting its 52-week maximum, with 160,017 shares traded during the session.
