Ashiana Housing Ltd has completed the acquisition of a significant piece of land in Pune, Maharashtra, marking what the company described as its largest land deal for the development of a Senior Living project.The company acquired the land admeasuring 28.55 acres on an outright purchase basis. The property is located at Vadgaon, Taluka - Maval, District - Pune -412106, Maharashtra.
This new land parcel presents an approximate saleable area of 20 lakhs sq. ft. Based on current estimations, the sales value potential associated with this development is INR 1,800 crores.
