Execution and Security Details
As part of the agreement, a sum of Rs. 12,60,630 as Earnest Money was deposited via a manual bank guarantee issued by Punjab & Sind Bank. The company is required to submit a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value, amounting to Rs. 52,65,8641.76, within 21 days from the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance.The project execution will be monitored under the Khurda Road Division, with the work beginning upon the submission of an execution programme to the Deputy Chief Engineer/Con/RSP/BBS. The contract specifies that the balance security money will be recovered from progressive bills at a rate of 6% until it reaches 5% of the total contract value.
