At its meeting on May 22, 2026, the Board of Directors approved the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026.In a separate resolution, the Board recommended a dividend of 50% on 1,50,87,938 Equity Shares, which amounts to ₹5/- per equity share (Face Value ₹10/-), for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend recommendation is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
