Arkade Developers Limited has announced the launch of Arkade Evoke, a luxury residential project located in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The project, appealing to luxury buyers, has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹230 crore. This marks Arkade’s eighth residential development in the Goregaon-Malad area.Strategically located in Goregaon West, the project spans 1.09 acres and benefits from connectivity, including proximity to the Arkade Bangur Nagar metro station.
Arkade Evoke is positioned in the premium 2 and 3 BHK segment. The development features residences with balconies, surface parking, and cross ventilation, addressing evolving buyer preferences for enhanced liveability.
