Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited announced that its Resourcing & Business Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment of 50,000 equity shares. The allotment was made on June 26, 2026, in connection with the exercise of stock options by employees under the Aptus Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2021.

The transaction resulted in an increase in the paid-up share capital of the company. Prior to the allotment, the paid-up share capital stood at Rs. 1,00,14,85,472, which consisted of 50,07,42,736 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
