The company signed two hotel management agreements for the development of Zone Connect by The Park in both cities.The dual signings reinforce ASPHL's focused growth strategy of positioning its presence in key pilgrimage circuits, catering to the evolving needs of modern travelers who seek comfortable, design-led hospitality experiences in culturally significant locations.
Project Details
Ayodhya:The hotel development, Zone Connect by The Park, Ayodhya, will feature 56 well-appointed rooms. This property is strategically located near revered sites, approximately 4.9 km from Ram Janmabhoomi and 6 km from Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. Facilities planned for the hotel include an all-day dining restaurant named Café C, a rooftop restaurant, Plunge swimming pool, and Vitalia gym. A banquet hall will also enhance its offerings for social gatherings.
Ujjain:
In Ujjain, one of India's most iconic pilgrimage destinations, Zone Connect by The Park, Ujjain, is set to feature 64 well-appointed rooms. The hotel offers convenient access, located approximately 7 km from Ujjain Railway Station and 8 km from the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Guest amenities will include Café C, a swimming pool, and dedicated fitness and wellness facilities.
