Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has provided updates regarding its corporate governance matters concerning a director's identification number and provided details on the management of key projects under resolution processes.

Regarding compliance and directorship, Smt. Kanta Devi has addressed an issue concerning multiple Director Identification Numbers (DIN). The Regional Director allowed her to retain DIN 07185431 for subsequent filings while disabling DIN 08682540. This decision relates to the previous appointment and designation of Smt. Kanta Devi as a Non-Executive Woman Director of the company.

The company also detailed the status of its projects involved in corporate insolvency. The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CP No.: IB 558(ND)/2024), which involves settlement between IL&FS Financial Services Limited and Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited, has been confined to the Lucknow and Rajasthan projects. These projects are currently managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, the Resolution Professional.

In parallel operational updates, the Serene Residency Group Housing Project of APIL, located in Sector ETA -II, Greater Noida, U.P., is also being handled by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, the Resolution Professional for that project. The Resolution Plan for this specific project was approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, Bench II on October 06, 2025. Furthermore, the Fernhill Project of APIL in District Gurgaon, Haryana, is currently managed.
