The company acquired 57.14% of AAFPL till June 30, 2026, for a price consideration of ₹10 Cr, with the Enterprise Value set at ₹30 Cr. AAFPL has a capacity of 4,20,000 tonnes p.a. and boasts a wide range of 24 SKUs, including soya chunks and vermicelli.
