Anik Industries Receives Consent Awards in Two Arbitration Matters Involving Material Subsidiary​

Anik Industries Limited has received two separate Arbitration Awards following settlements reached between its material subsidiary, M/s. Revera Milk and Foods Private Limited, and various counterparties. Both awards were issued by the Arbitral Tribunal of Sole Arbitrator Mr. Bhagwan Raj Pandey and were finalized on June 17, 2026.

The two matters covered by the consent awards are:

• M/s. Revera Milk and Foods Private Limited versus M/s. Patan Agro Products Private Limited.
• M/s. Revera Milk and Foods Private Limited versus M/s. Nebula Multitrade Private Limited.

In both cases, the arbitral tribunal issued a consent award based on an amicable settlement between the disputing parties. The awards pertain to matters arising from the non-fulfillment of an agreement dated March 2, 2018.

The financial impact derived from both arbitration awards involves a waiver transaction initiated by Anik Industries Limited (in its capacity as claimant).

As detailed in Annexure A and Annexure B, due to the issues related to the non-fulfillment of the agreement dated March 2, 2018, Anik Industries Limited waived interest on an amount advanced to the respondent. This waiver was completed against the counter claim, which involved a waiver of the entire amount of damages or losses raised by the respondent, and this outcome is attributed to delays in decision-making by the claimant.
