Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited (ARSSBL) has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a substantial rise in revenue from operations, while Assets under Management (AUM) continued to expand.

The brokerage firm recorded Revenue from Operations of ₹2,461 million in Q1 FY27, marking a 22% year-on-year increase compared to the previous year's corresponding period. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBITDA) rose by 30%, reaching ₹973 million, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 39.5%.

The Profit After Tax (PAT) before exceptional items saw a significant increase of 71%, standing at ₹390.6 million, which translates to a PAT margin of 15.8%. PAT after considering the exceptional item grew by 2% to ₹233.5 million, achieving a PAT margin of 9.5%.

Operational Growth Highlights​

A key driver for the company was the growth in its Margin Trading Facility (MTF) book, which increased 54.6% year-on-year to reach ₹13,318 million. Furthermore, Assets under Management (AUM) rose by 25.8% year-on-year, reaching ₹94,791 million, boosting the company’s recurring revenue potential.

Segmental Performance Analysis​

The company’s business segments showed varied growth rates in Q1 FY27. Broking-Related Services recorded revenues of ₹1,279.6 million in Q1 FY27, up from ₹1,109.3 million in Q1 FY26, a 15.4% increase. Distribution Income increased by 31.1%, reaching ₹275.2 million compared to ₹210.0 million in the prior year. Interest on MTF stood at ₹427.7 million, up from ₹280.9 million, reflecting a 52.3% growth.

Management Commentary​

Mr. Pradeep Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited, stated that despite a quarter marked by geopolitical uncertainty and market volatility, the company achieved strong performance demonstrating business model resilience. He noted that broking revenue increased by 15.35%, while non-broking revenue grew 43.20%. Mr. Gupta highlighted that AUM expanded by 25.82% to ₹94,791 million, and the Margin Trading Funding book grew by 54.62% to ₹13,318.46 million. He expressed confidence in India's capital markets, supported by a strengthening investor base.

Roop Kishor Bhootra, Whole-time Director, added that FY27 commenced strongly despite macroeconomic challenges. Mr. Bhootra confirmed that Revenue from Operations increased 22.37% to ₹2,461.03 million, and adjusted EBITDA grew by 30.19% to ₹973.00 million, yielding an EBITDA margin of 39.54%. He further noted the growth in MTF interest income to ₹427.70 million (up 52.26%) and distribution income to ₹275.24 million (up 31.07%). He also mentioned that the company's client loyalty is sustained, with 57.4% of clients associated with the firm for more than three years. Furthermore, he reported that the firm expanded its presence to 319 cities as of quarter-end.
