Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a strong quarterly performance, driven by robust growth in non-broking revenue and significant expansion of the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) book.

The company recorded Revenue from Operations expanding 22% year over year (YoY) to ₹ 2,461 million. EBITDA grew 30% YoY, reaching ₹ 973 million, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 39.5%. Profit After Tax (PAT) before exceptional items increased by 71%, amounting to ₹ 390.6 million, while PAT after exceptional items stood at ₹ 233.5 million.

The Margin Trading Facility book saw substantial growth, rising 54.6% YoY to ₹ 13,318 million, reflecting strong demand for leveraged investment solutions and increased client participation in capital markets. Assets under Management (AUM) also rose 25.8% year on year to ₹ 94,791 million.

Management Perspective and Growth Drivers​

Commenting on the results, Mr. Pradeep Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, stated that despite headwinds from geopolitical uncertainty and market volatility, the company delivered a strong performance demonstrating business model resilience. He noted that broking revenue increased 15.35% year-on-year, while non-broking revenue grew 43.20%, reinforcing a balanced revenue profile.

Mr. Gupta also highlighted that the Assets under Management book rose by 25.82% to ₹ 94,791 million, and the Margin Trading Funding book expanded by 54.62% to ₹ 13,318.46 million, reflecting continued client trust. He expressed confidence in the long-term potential of India’s capital markets as the investor base strengthens and financialization of savings increases.

Mr. Roop Kishor Bhootra, Wholetime Director, added that the company commenced FY27 on a strong note despite macroeconomic challenges. He noted that Revenue from Operations increased 22.37% year-on-year to ₹ 2,461.03 million, resulting in a healthy EBITDA margin of 39.54%. The earnings profile is supported by multiple growth drivers, with MTF interest income rising 52.26% to ₹ 427.70 million and distribution income growing 31.07% to ₹ 275.24 million during the quarter.

Furthermore, Mr. Bhootra shared that client loyalty remains a key differentiator, with 57.4% of clients associated with the firm for more than three years. The company also expanded its footprint to 319 cities as of quarter-end.
