Amines & Plasticizers Limited Approves FY 2026 Results; Recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Share​

Amines & Plasticizers Limited announced the outcomes of its Board Meeting held on Thursday, May 28, 2026. In addition to the financial approvals, the Board meeting saw the re-appointment of auditors for the financial year 2026-27. M/s. N. J. Mahtani & Co., Chartered Accountants, was re-appointed as the Internal Auditor, and M/s. A. G. Anikhindi & Co., Cost Accountants, was re-appointed as the Cost Auditor.
