Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited, formerly Amara Raja Batteries Limited, announced a board meeting scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2026. The meeting will focus on reviewing and approving the audited financial results for both standalone and consolidated operations for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. Directors will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year concluded on March 31, 2026.

The company has closed its trading window for securities dealings from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, to Wednesday, May 27, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.
