Furthermore, Mr. Rakesh Goyal was re-designated and appointed as Executive Director - Operations of the Company for a term of five consecutive years, starting April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2032.

The Board also approved the payment of Commission to Non-Executive Directors at a rate not exceeding 1% of the net profits of the company for a period of five years starting from the financial year commencing April 1, 2027.
