Regarding commercial security, a Performance Guarantee equivalent to three percent (3%) of the contract value must be provided by Alfa Transformers for the satisfactory execution of the contract.

The delivery period is defined as completing the total allocated quantity within seven months in equal monthly lots, starting after the initial 45-day commencement period from receiving the respective DISCOM's LOA.
