Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code of conduct regarding securities trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the relevant periods will be communicated at a later date.
