Akme Fintrade (India) Limited has reported robust unaudited financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, driven by steady growth in key metrics and a disciplined focus on MSME and vehicle lending segments. The company’s Assets Under Management (AUM) grew to Rs. 965.07 crore as of June 30, 2026, marking a substantial 42.96% year-on-year growth from the Rs. 675.05 crore reported in Q1 FY26.

Financial highlights for the quarter include significant increases in income streams:
  • Gross Interest Income rose to Rs. 41.07 crore, up 34.17% year-on-year (YoY), compared to Rs. 30.61 crore in Q1 FY26.
  • Net Interest Income (NII) increased to Rs. 23.57 crore, representing a 22.25% YoY growth over the Rs. 19.28 crore recorded in Q1 FY26.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs. 11.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reflecting a 20.40% YoY increase from the Rs. 9.61 crore achieved in Q1 FY26.

The company also noted operational milestones and strong financial resilience during the period. The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), including Tier II Capital, stood at 46.37% as of June 30, 2026, with a Tier I Capital ratio of 45.54%. Net Interest Margin (NIM) was recorded at 11.77%. Furthermore, Earnings Per Share (EPS) increased to Rs. 0.27 for the quarter, up 17.39% YoY from Rs. 0.23 in Q1 FY26.

Disbursements during the quarter were reported at Rs. 84.10 crore, a 19.46% increase compared to the Rs. 70.40 crore disbursed in the corresponding period last year.
