Aditya Birla Capital Limited has approved the allotment of 290,715 equity shares on July 17, 2026. The issuance of these shares follows the exercise of stock options and performance units under two distinct employee benefit frameworks: the Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (ABCL Scheme 2017) and the Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022 (ABCL Scheme 2022).

The newly allotted shares carry a face value of ₹10 each. These equity shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.

The allocation is distributed as follows:

• ABCL Scheme 2017: 202,446 Equity Shares
• ABCL Scheme 2022: 88,269 Equity Shares
