Aditya Birla Capital Limited Invests Rs. 484.49 Crore in Subsidiary ABSLI​

Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) has completed an investment of Rs. 4,84,49,98,470 in the equity shares of its subsidiary, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited (ABSLI). The transaction was executed on a rights basis to support the growth and funding requirements of the insurance entity while enhancing its solvency margin.

The investment was finalized with the allotment of shares occurring on July 17, 2026. Following this transaction, there is no change in the shareholding structure, as ABCL maintains its position as the holding company and promoter of ABSLI. The percentage of shareholding held by ABCL in ABSLI remains at 51%.
