A wholly owned subsidiary received a refund of 2.08 million (INR 19.69 crores) from the United States Government relating to import tariffs previously paid on goods imported into the United States. The refund was allocated as follows: 3.12 Crores attributable to inventories remaining on hand at the reporting date, and 7.29 Crores recognized as a reduction of cost of materials consumed for inventory already sold.

Labor Code Assessment:
The company noted that, following its assessment based on the new unified framework of labour codes introduced by the Government of India, it recognized an incremental gratuity liability from past service cost and a rise in leave liability, aggregating 1.683 Crores. This was presented as an "Exceptional Item" in the financial results.
