Adani Enterprises Ltd has authorized the Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of its equity shares. The decision was made by the company's QIP Committee on July 2, 2026, following prior approvals from the Board of Directors and members of the Company.The QIP Committee resolutions approved the commencement of the Issue and adopted the preliminary placement document dated July 2, 2026. The floor price for the Equity Shares was set at ₹ 3,034.68 per share, based on a prescribed pricing formula under SEBI ICDR Regulations.
The Relevant Date for the Issue is also noted as July 2, 2026. While the floor price stands at ₹ 3,034.68 per Equity Share, the Company retained discretion to offer a discount of up to five percent on the calculated floor price during the placement process.
SBI Capital Markets Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited were appointed as the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) for the QIP. The final Issue price will be determined by Adani Enterprises Limited in consultation with the BRLMs.
The preliminary placement document dated July 2, 2026 has been adopted by the management and is being made available to stakeholders.
